SISU Fitness Lifestyle (SFL) provides individual personal triathlon training and small group triathlon training. SFL will determine a client's specific fitness/triathlon performance goals, educate them on how to achieve those goals and design training programs that will facilitate their success.
SFL triathlon training programs will include: (a) individual physical condition assessment; (b) individual video analysis to improve performance; (c) strength & conditioning routines.
