2019 Pilgrimman Triathlon - Sprint Course Information
This is a single loop course consisting of 1 swim loop, 1 bike loop, and 1 run loop.
Swim Course - 1 loop
The .3 mile swim course is clockwise swim.
The average water temperature in September is in the low 70's and wetsuits will be legal but optional.
There will be American Red Cross Certified Lifeguards on the swim course, stand-up paddlers and kayakers to provide support to the swimmers.

Swim waves will be in the Athlete Race Packets e-mailed to participants within one week prior to the start of the race.
Bike Course - 1 loop

Exit the College Pond transition area and turn right onto Lower College Pond Rd.
Turn right onto Upper College Pond Rd. & continue until Fearing Pond Rd.
Bear left into Fearing Pond Rd.
Continue on Fearing Pond Rd. to Circle Drive and bear right onto Fearing Pond Rd.
Turn right onto Upper College Pond Rd. and continue.
Turn right onto Alden Rd until bike turn around and continue on Alden Pond Rd.
Straight onto Lower College Pond Road and Bike Finish
Bike Aid & Toilets
Bike Aid & toilets will be along Upper College Pond Road.
Run Course - 1 loop
The 3.3 mile run can be seen on the map below
Exit the transition area and turn left onto Lower College Pond Rd until turn around at 1.65 miles and then back to finish line.
Run Aid & Toilets
Run Aid stations will be at every .8 miles along the run course & toilets will be at run turn around.
