2018 Pilgrimman Triathlon - Olympic Course Information
This is a multiple lap course consisting of 3 swim laps, 2 bike laps, and 2 run laps.
Swim Course - 3 Laps
The .9 mile swim course is clockwise swim from point A to point B, exit the water, run around cones on the beach, re-enter the water at point A and complete this two more times with the swim finish and exit at point B.
The average water temperature in September is 60 - 70 degrees and wetsuits will be allowed.
There will be American Red Cross Certified Lifeguards on the swim course, stand-up paddlers and kayakers to provide support to the swimmers.

Swim waves will be in the Athlete Race Packets e-mailed to participants within one week prior to the start of the race.
Bike Course - 2 Laps
The 24.2 mile bike course can be seen on the map below
Exit the College Pond transition area and turn right onto Lower College Pond Rd.
Turn right onto Upper College Pond Rd. & continue until Fearing Pond Rd.
Bear left into Fearing Pond Rd.
Continue on Fearing Pond Rd. to Circle Drive and bear right onto Fearing Pond Rd.
Turn right onto Upper College Pond Rd. and continue.
Turn right onto Alden Rd for 1.6 miles until turn around and continue on Alden Pond Rd. for 1.6 miles
REPEAT COURSE ONCE
Bear right onto Lower College Pond Rd. to Bike Finish
Bike Aid & Toilets
Bike Aid & toilets will be along Upper College Pond Road.
Run Course - 2 Laps
The 6.6 mile course consists of two 3.3 mile loops, see map below.
Exit the transition area and turn left onto Lower College Pond Rd until turn around.
Repeat once and then to finish line.
Run Aid & Toilets
Run Aid stations will be at every .8 miles along the run course & toilets will be at run turn around.
